Ann Layman "Chance" Chancellor (July 4, 1947 - July 11, 1998) was an artist.

Chancellor was born July 4, 1947 in Frankfort, Franklin County. She was an artist whose work notably appeared on A. E. van Vogt's 1974 novel The Secret Galactics and Donald A. Wollheim's 1989 collection Up There and Other Strange Directions.

Chancellor died July 11, 1998 and was buried in Frankfort Cemetery in Frankfort, Franklin County.
