Gervis D. Granger (September 6, 1840 - August 10, 1910) was a Confederate soldier in the Civil War and an author.

Granger was born September 6, 1840 in Franklin, Kentucky.

He was a Confederate soldier in the Sixth Kentucky Infantry, nicknamed the Kentucky "Orphan" Brigade, CSA. He went on to author the book Four Years With the Boys in Gray in 1902.

Granger died August 10, 1910 in Gallatin, Tennessee at the age of 69. He was buried in Greenlawn Cemetery in Louisa, Kentucky.
