Noble Winfred "Win" Ballou (November 30, 1897 – January 30, 1963) was born in Mount Morgan, Kentucky. He was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched from 1925 to 1929 with three major league teams and pitched in two games during the 1925 World Series. He spent his college days at Eastern Kentucky University.
